If i need a page long instruction to use the product, I won’t buy it again. Why I as paying customer have to waste my life on this shite?
Prepare Rockstar Games Launcher for offline mode[2]
Open Rockstar Games Launcher while being connected to the internet. When logging in, tick the Remember my password checkbox. Run downloaded games at least once to ensure they're properly configured for offline mode. Launch the small overlay by pressing either the Home ⇱ key or the corresponding button combination on a controller. Click on the gear-looking icon (⚙). Click on "Settings" Select the "Profile" tab. Switch "Auto Sign-in" to Enabled. Close the menu and the game. Fully close the Rockstar Games Launcher Disconnect your computer from Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Relaunch the Rockstar Games Launcher and verify that it can sign into offline mode, and that downloaded games are accessible as well. Once the game session is over, player might have to immediately log-in again, even while offline. It is recommended to do so in order to avoid authentication issues while being offline.I don’t disagree. I used to remove the DRM of games I bought on disc way back when, just so that I didn’t have to insert those discs into my PC any time I wanted to play.

Try using GoG through the Heroic Games Launcher and Proton-GE. It works really really good.
